INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to, SENCORPWHITE, INC., 400 Kidds Hill Road, Hyannis, MA 02601-1850 to purchase maintenance for the Warehouse Horizontal Carousel Hardware System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and 508 compliance for one base year. Under the authority of FAR 69.301-1 U.S.C. 2304, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because SENCORPWHITE is the only source that can provides maintenance for the Warehouse Library. Questions should be submitted by Wednesday, September 4, 2024 by 2:00 pm EST. All quotes are due on or before Friday, September 6, 2019 by 2:00 pm EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 Other Computer Related Systems Services. INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
