INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to, SENCORPWHITE, INC., 400 Kidds Hill Road, Hyannis, MA 02601-1850 to Provide maintenance for current and upgraded Warehouse Library Etc. in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and 508 compliance for one base year and 2 Option Years. Under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41U.S.C. 253(c) (1). A justification approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because SENCORPWHITE is the only source that can provide upgrade for the Warehouse Library. All quotes are due on or before Tuesday, August 20, 2024 by 11:00 am EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair And Maintenance INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
