The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to make a purchase order award to a contractor using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a Firm Fixed Price to provide: (1) Smith Detection Hi Scan 6040I X-Ray Machine (manufacturer Part# 11131360) Quantity (1) each. Your response shall be no more than 5 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor’s plan to perform the Statement of Work; 2) and firm fixed price.
