INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends award on a sole source to SenCorpWhite, 400 Kidds Hill Road, Hyannis, MA 02601-1850 to upgrade Librarian Warehouse in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Under the authority of FAR 69.301-1 U.S.C. 2304, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because Librarian Warehouse is proprietary to the vendor. In order to qualify as a potential contractor for this procurement must have the exact licenses as stated in the statement of work and prove to be a reseller of the licenses.
