ServiceNow is critical to the successful implementation of adaptable data presentations, workflows, and process automation. Based on the ITIL methodology, ServiceNow provides a robust platform and user environment that allows for agile development. The ServiceNow product represents an enhanced capability for increasing customer service by improved reporting, and reduced tool administration.
