INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold $250,000), a fixed priced order for “Resiliency Self-Care Technical Training to George Everly, 702 Severnside Avenue, Severna Park, MD 21146-2201. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification and Approval has been approved. The requirement is intended as sole source contract because through market research and analysis determined that George Everly provides a training product that is specialized and will be customized to meet the requirements of CMS in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Technical Evaluation Criteria. The North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) is 611430. Interested Parties: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
