THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a fixed price purchase order for a small business contractor to provide UiPath licenses for CMS for the purpose of development of Robotics Process Automation which shall include: UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Attended Robot. A detail Statement of Work and Schedule of Deliverables is attached. The period of performance is anticipated to start approximately September 25, 2021 to September 24, 2022. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is the lowest price and technically acceptable. The award should be made within 3-5 business days of the RFQ response due date.
