INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends award on a sole source to Everyone Warehouse, 4241 Brookhill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215 replace damaged racks in the warehouse in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Under the authority of FAR 69.301-1 U.S.C. 2304, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because racks must match existing racks and Everyone Warehouse is the only company that can providie these racks.
