Building Exterior Repair Project – FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory
This is a market research Request for Information for a building exterior repair and protective coating project at the FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory in Irvine, California. The anticipated work includes structural steel coating repairs and concrete crack repairs on a main laboratory building and a chemical storage shed, with the facility remaining fully operational during construction. The period of performance is anticipated to be approximately 180 calendar days from award.
