This Notice of Intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order is provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), on behalf of the Global Health Center (GHC), Division for Global HIV & Tuberculosis (DGHT), International Laboratory Branch (ILB). ILB has a requirement for the Sure Status HIV-1 Rapid Recency Card Test. The Sure Status HIV-1 Rapid Recency card test is manufactured under the technology transfer licensing agreement among CDC and Premier Medical. The intended recipient of this purchase order is: Premier Medical USA Corp. located at 27 Schoolhouse Rd, Somerset, New Jersey 08873. This order is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by July 29, 2024 by 11:00AM EDT will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
