The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) on behalf of the Division of Global HIV and TB (DGHT), Science Integrity Branch (SIB) intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced delivery order off of GSA Schedule to Deloitte Consulting, doing business at 1919 N Lynn Ave, Arlington, Virginia. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to work previously developed by Deloitte. The effort continues to meet SIB’s goal to enable timely, streamlined review of DGHT Scientific products for human subjects and administrative considerations, SIB is seeking a qualified, experienced contractor for comprehensive data analytics expertise to enable the Branch to effectively collect, store, process, analyze, and visualize its data for operational efficiency. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.4. Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within 5 calendar days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government whether or not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive acquisition should be undertaken.
