GeoMx Neural Cell Profiling_HxQ-14986 Qty 1 each Protein labeling servicesQ-14989 Qty 3 each This order is for the reagents to be used to perform the spatial protein profiling in tissues from patients with West Nile virus encephalitis (WNVE). This work is a continuation of our ongoing project to study the neuropathogenesis of WNVE in humans. The spatial protein profiling is a proprietary technology developed by NanoString Technologies and cannot be substituted by other vendors. NIAID Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) recently acquired the NanoString equipment and their staff has been trained on this technology to provide service to DIR investigators. We will use NIAID RML service for this project and all the reagents in this order must be compatible with the NanoString technology that will be used by NIAID RML.
