The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with PerkinElmer Informatics, Inc , For ChemOffice Professional Software 15 seats. Description ChemOffice Professional Software 15 seats The purpose of this software is to continue the department license agreement for the ChemOffice Professional software (formerly known as ChemBio Draw Ultra) found on approx 15 user computers and their peripherals. is a sole source provider due to the compatibility with other lab equipment and computers to obtain consistent laboratory results. Support of the Division of Intramural Research, NIAID, NIH. Place of delivery is Bethesda, MD 20892. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
