The efforts and analyses require DNA synthesis of antibody sequences, downstream cloning into expression vectors, plasmid preparation and antibody expression and purification. With in?house oligo synthesis capability and well?equipped molecular biology laboratory, this company provides reliable and flexible molecular biology service solutions that cover almost all aspects in discovery research. This company also stores synthesized plasmids that we ordered before so that we can conveniently clone genes needed for our previous DNA plasmids. This request will include DNA synthesis, cloning, plasmid preparation and antibody expression and purification. To also provide the DNA constructs to be delivered in an indexed 96-well format. This service needs to also provide VectorArk/CloneArk System for NIH to archive, share and reuse their vectors and archived clones. The results from these services will be used at NIH for continued COVID19 studies within the Vaccine Research Center in Bethesda, MD The Place of performance NIH, VACCINE RESEARCH CENTER 40 CONVENT DR BETHESDA, MD 20814 The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C.1901 (e) (2) as implemented by FAR 13.106?1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
