The National Cancer Institute intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc. for uninterrupted refill and delivery of bulk liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide supporting laboratory and research operations at its Bethesda, Maryland facilities. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, technical support, and resources needed to safely maintain reliable supply into existing bulk-gas storage systems.
