This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to EPL Archives for offsite storage of pathology materials for NIH's Laboratory of Pathology. The base period of performance is from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. The contractor must provide environmentally controlled, GLP-compliant storage for blocks, slides, and records, with one-day turnaround for requested materials.
