This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotation; no solicitation will be issued and quotations are not being requested. The government intends to establish a fee-for-service agreement with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) for unrelated donor search, donor coordination, graft procurement, transportation, and associated regulatory support services for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The purchase order has a not-to-exceed value of $900,000. The acquisition will use FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial products/services and is exempt from FAR Part 6 competition requirements.
