This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotation, and no solicitation will be issued. NIH Clinical Center intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to Guidehouse Digital LLC for Pediatric Hospitalist – Scientific Subject Matter Expert services to ensure urgent continuity of patient safety and regulatory compliance. Guidehouse previously performed these physician services, and its proposed physicians are already credentialed and privileged by the Clinical Center or can meet the clinical requirements within the required timeframe. The requirement is to temporarily continue services until the new services contract can be competed and awarded. The acquisition uses FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures because only one source is reasonably available.
