This notice is a notice of intent, not a request for quotation; no solicitation will be issued and quotations are not being requested. The procurement covers five cases of THERAKOS® CELLEX® Photopheresis System Procedural Kits, which are only manufactured and sold by Therakos. The acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures on a sole-source basis because only one source is reasonably available. Contracts awarded under FAR Part 13 are exempt from FAR Part 6 competition requirements.
