This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotation, and no solicitation document will be issued. The procurement covers three Hill-Rom ICU Progressa+ Surface Upgrade Kits, including all parts, labor, travel, and onsite installation with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. The acquisition is being conducted as a sole-source purchase under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)). The end user is the NIH Clinical Center.
