This is a notice of intent for a sole-source procurement of two LIFEPAK 35 Defibrillators (High Configuration) to support patient care in the Clinical Center PICU. Only Stryker can provide defibrillators, supplies, and software compatible with the existing CC-Wide equipment and local emergency response devices. The acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 13 simplified procedures, with the justification that only one source is reasonably available. No budget amounts are specified. Performance will occur at the Clinical Center PICU.
