The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a one-year, firm fixed-price sole source contract to Censis Technologies for the renewal of subscriptions for the CensiTrac and ScopeTrac Advance instrument tracking systems. Performance will occur at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD 20892. The proposed vendor is the only company capable of providing the required subscription, support, and one week of onsite training. This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotations, and no solicitation will be issued. Comments may be submitted to the contract specialist by June 19, 2026, at 4 pm EST.
