This is a firm-fixed-price contract for third-party maintenance services for a Philips MRI scanner located in the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD (building 10, room 2C609). The services must start immediately, as the OEM has declared the system's End of Service Life as December 31, 2025, and can no longer provide any support. The scanner is critical for patient imaging during surgery and cannot be used without proper maintenance. The government has identified Imaging Service Solutions LLC as the only vendor able to support the system in its current configuration and meet the clinical demands of an operating room setting.
