This is a notice of intent to procure various proprietary Roche Cobas 5800 reagents, controls, and consumables for the NIH Department of Transfusion Medicine. The acquisition is justified as a sole-source procurement under simplified acquisition procedures, as the proprietary items cannot be interchanged with other manufacturers' products.
