This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract to Animal Specialties and Provisions, LLC for the supply and delivery of laboratory animal feed, bedding, produce, enrichment, and related dry goods. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and logistics to deliver these items to multiple NIH animal research facilities, with all products meeting strict quality and regulatory standards for research environments. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Services will be performed in and delivered to Bethesda, Maryland.
