The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the Molecular Devices for this maintenance services/service agreements. National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases (NIAID)’s Vaccinee Immunology Program (VIP) (collectively Program) uses scientific equipment such as ELISA Plate Reader instruments and Luminometer Paradigm Detection Platform instruments necessary to analyze biomedical research data.
