The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Global Cents, 1212 N. Sheridan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Services: Software GCI PowerTools for Deployments and for Workflow Annual Maintenance Software renewal periods: Base Year: 01/01/2023-12/31/2023 Option Year 1: 01/01/2024-12/31/2024 Option Year 2: 01/01/2025-12/31/2025 Option Year 3: 01/01/2026-12/31/2026 Option Year 4: 01/01/2027-12/31/2027 The Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB) Software Engineering Branch (SEB) Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) team requires the GCI Power Tools for Workflow and Deployments to assist us in developing and deploying document management and workflow solutions for NIAID. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C.1901 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. All responsible sources that could provide comparable services may submit a capability statement that will be considered by email (subject line to reference NOI-NIAID-2146671) to Skye Duffner at skye.duffner@nih.gov. All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
