PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE NOI-NIAID-2117782 NAICS – 325414 This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Speed Biosystems, LLC, Potomac, MD to procure 50 units of Turbo293 Transfection Reagent, 20ML, Catalog # PXX1002. The requested product is for the Sequencing Core. These reagents will be used in vaccine production for human clinical trials. This item is listed under the FDA approved processes and is not able to be changed. The Place of performance is 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20892. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (e) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
