Inactive 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a Notice of Intent to sole source a one-year contract for TeleRadiology services to Valor Network Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NIH Clinical Center requires these services to handle patient imaging for its Radiology and Imaging Sciences department, and the contractor must have established, secure IT connectivity to the agency's systems. The period of performance is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Services will be performed at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The justification is that only the current vendor can provide the necessary, already-established IT connection without causing significant delays.
