This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with MathWorks Inc. for the renewal of a MATLAB Campus-Wide Suite support and maintenance license. The performance period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Services will be performed at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. The justification is that MathWorks is the sole source for these institute-wide licenses and maintenance services in North America. While not a request for proposals, capable sources may submit a capability statement for government consideration.
