This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with ArgonSoft for software maintenance and support of the ASIS.TO Laboratory Information Management System. The required services include one year of gold system support, installation of updates, and qualification testing. The performance period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Services will be performed at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. The justification is that ArgonSoft is the sole creator and license holder of this proprietary software.
