The NIH Clinical Center intends to sole-source an award to Cardinal Health for Sirturo (bedaquiline) tablets because there are no substitutes and Cardinal Health is the sole U.S. distributor. The requirement includes 100 mg tablets in 188-count bottles and 20 mg tablets in 60-count bottles, with an anticipated need of approximately 12–36 bottles of each type per year. Delivery is expected within 30 days of award or as mutually agreed. Performance/delivery is at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.
