The NIH Clinical Center requires a FUJIFILM Sonosite LX Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) System with multiple specialty transducers to support pediatric critical care imaging in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The system must include advanced diagnostic imaging, Color and Spectral Doppler, Tissue Harmonic Imaging, DICOM connectivity, wireless networking, integrated educational resources, manufacturer installation and training, and a five-year comprehensive warranty. The acquisition is justified as sole source because FUJIFILM Sonosite is the original equipment manufacturer and sole U.S. direct distributor, with the equipment available through an existing federal contract and no resellers able to offer a lower price on new Sonosite equipment. The period of performance is 09/28/2026–09/27/2027, with delivery within 30 days of award or as mutually agreed. Performance/delivery will be at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.
