This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract to Working Diagnosis LLC for the annual maintenance, licensing, and consulting support of its proprietary ICDx and NoteCetera applications, which are deeply integrated into the NIH's electronic health record system. The required services include annual maintenance for the applications, 100 hours of consulting, and an option for 300 additional consulting hours.
