Contractor will provide multiple methologies designed to strenghthen, sustain and improve leadership skills within NINR. The contractor shall provide individual coaching provided to members of senior leadership team. Coaching hours to be distributed at director’s discretion based on organizational priorities..Additionally contractor will provide Group coaching that includes up to three 2-hour group coaching meetings facilitated by executive coach, plus preparation to include customizing agenda with team leader, creating learning activities and conducting after action debrief. Finally, contractor will provide management hours to be used for emergent team issues and/or to integrate new members. Contract to be Sole Source.
