The contract is anticipated to have the vendor offer full consulting services to assist NINR with its office remodeling, renovating, and restructuring for compliance with the current hybrid workplace environment for enhancing office morale and fostering maximum office productivity. Consulting: o Access NINR workspace in multiple sites and buildings. o Consult with NINR staff and provide recommendations for space design and reconfigurations o Create reports and analyses of NINR assigned office space and present as needed o Design options in photographs, drawings, or digital representations o Provide project design files in .dwg and .pdf format o Assist with furniture selection, vendor selection, writing specifications, request quotes o Act as a liaison between IC, architects, ORF, and GC o Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress ? Project Management: o Oversee dismantles, moves, installations, and reconfigurations o Manage other subcontractors such as movers, furniture installers, and furniture vendors o Hire movers and installers on an “as needed” basis o Rent dollies and crates
