The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) requires a digital library of content that's accessible to all of its employees to support the IC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism (DEIAA) initiative. NIMH's purpose for this acquisition is to acquire a tool to enhance its knowledge of DEIAA topics, thereby creating a healthier workplace and strengthening its workforce through a socialized understanding of the importance of inclusion and respect for cultural differences.
