In response to this RFQ please ensure the following are included in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.21 21, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS located on pages 5 through 8 in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Document: 1. Price Quotation; 2. Technical Quotation Completion of Attachment 2 "Technical and Price Quote Template" located on Page 35 through 36. 4. Acceptance or exceptions to RFQ terms and conditions. Execute copies of Attachments (52.204-24 and 52.205-25) in that are attached as separate documents. Please label theses sections appropriately to convey where the information resides. Failure to provide this information could result in a quotation being deemed unacceptable and therefore will not be considered for award.
