Background The National Institute of Mental Health’s Laboratory of Brain and Cognition (LBC), Section on Learning and Plasticity (sLaP), needs to acquire a transcranial electrical stimulator to determine the causal impact of specific networks of brain areas on human behavior. The device shall also be used to target particular brain networks in support of behavioral training, learning, and lasting plastic change. Purpose The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire one (1) neuroConn DC-STIMULATOR MC or Equal that meet all salient characteristics.
