THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the NIH Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a Capability Statement relevant to the requirement via email attn. John Best - Bestj@od.nih.gov. The deadline for submission of question concerning thie RFI shall be Februray 22, 2021 3:00 pm EST. The overall scope to be performed by the Contractor shall encompass all necessary functions and activities needed for the acquisition and maintenance of nonhuman primates. This shall include but not limited to acquiring various species of NHPs, testing, transporting and providing the necessary infrastructure, level of staffing and expertise to operate and maintain Government-owned NHP colonies of various species.
