This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued from this solicitation. 2. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). for brand name only. The RFQ number is NIH-RFQ-6800267 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, dated 12/30/2022. 4. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333413. It is associated with a Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. 5. List of Item(s): The vendor shall provide the following item(s) in the quantities specified below. Quotation Requirements: The quotation must reference RFQ No. NIH-RFQ-6800267. The vendor’s delivery time frame must be specified in their quote. The vendor must quote on each line item listed in this notice to be considered. Quotations submitted for equivalent items must include item specifications. b. General Requirements: 1) Only quotes for the AIRFLOW PRODUCTS from the manufacturer or authorized resellers as listed above are being solicited and will be considered. 2) Offerors must provide their shipping lead time with a quote and any applicable delivery costs on their quote. 7.
