This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is NIH-OLAO-OD3- RFQ_5719164 and this is a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 This acquisition is brand name only and not set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334516, and the small-business size standards are 1000 employees. The required description of products and services are listed in the attached Specification Configuration and Item list PDFs. This is a fixed-price requirement. The offeror should be aware that the Government will award a purchase order to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned to this acquisition.
