This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is NIH-OLAO-OD3- RFQ_5605098 and this is a Request for quote for Brand Name or Equal products. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 326121, and the small-business size standards are 500 employees.
