This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The National Institutes of Health's Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operation’s Fleet Management Division has an ongoing requirement for preventative maintenance, unscheduled repair and towing services for its fleet of approximately 400 government-owned vehicles. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period with four (1) one-year option periods. The contract type will be firm fixed priced. The Government is seeking a contractor capable of providing services in accordance with the attached statement of work. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION TO INCLUDE IN THE CAPABILITY STATEMENT The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811111 General Automotive Repair with a size standard of $9 million. All interested small business concerns are invited to submit a tailored capability statement. The capability statement should reference Sources Sought Number 03-12-2024 and should be no longer than 15 pages in length and shall include the following: (1) Name and Address of the Organization, (2) The size and type of business: Small Business, as listed under www.sam.gov, (3) Point of Contact with name, title, voice/telephone, facsimile number, and email address, (4) Unique Entity Identifier, (5) Contractor’s capability statement that addresses the organization’s ability, knowledge, experience, and personnel to perform the service described herein (Pamphlets and standard brochures will not be considered responsive to this Sources Sought Notice), and (6) List of organizations to whom similar types of services have been previously provided to include contract number, dollar value, name, and phone number of the Contracting Officer. This market survey is being conducted on SAM.gov to gather current market information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In the email subject line, please include the Small Business Sources Sought Notice Number. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. THE CLOSING DATE FOR RESPONSES IS March 21, 2024 AT 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Facsimile copies will not be accepted.
