The purpose of this procurement is to screen cryo-grids with isolated stereocilia and collect a required very large number of tilt series and build cryo-electrontomograms. We estimate needing for the projects above mentioned over 1000 tomograms. This work requires advanced combination of instruments and high-throughput workflow adaptable to our type of sample screening and high-resolution data acquisition.
