The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified small business sources to perform a potential R&D requirement. This requirement pertains to the provision of biologics manufacturing and nonclinical services, including executing studies and completing study reports and documentation that will enable regulatory filing and evaluation of biological therapeutics in clinical trials for NIH drug development programs.
