The National Institute for Neurological Disorders and Stroke’s (NINDS) cortex-cerebellum circuitry lab has a requirement for fixed wavelength, femtosecond pulsed lasers at both 920 nm and 1064 nm to perform multi-site and multi-color in vivo two photon brain imaging and two photon optogenetics between the cortex and cerebellum.
