The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), which is a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is establishing a new laboratory: The Spatial Navigation and Memory Unit (SNMU). This laboratory will use cutting-edge imaging and behavioral approaches to investigate the neural basis of spatial navigation and memory at the circuit, synaptic, molecular, and cellular levels. To perform this research, the laboratory requires a brand name or equal Conoptics Electro-Optic Modulation System/Pockels cell, which will be used with two multi-photon microscopes.
