NIEHS is NOT seeking responses to this Notice. The purpose of this Pre-Sources Sought Notice is to: 1) Communicate the National Institutes of Health (NIH) / National Institute of Environment Health Sciences' (NIEHS) intent to post a formal Sources Sought Notice in January 2022; and 2) Provide a short summary of NIEHS' anticipated requirements for which it will seek capable sources (see summary below). Scientific Research Data Management and Reporting Services NIEHS' Division of National Toxicology Program (DNTP or NTP) currently receives Scientific Research Data Management and Reporting Services under task order HHSN316201200054W / 75N96021F00001. DNTP anticipates requiring this support on an ongoing basis as it plans for future growth and public health initatives. To meet these ongoing and growing requirements, NIEHS anticipates establishing a 5-year ordering vehicle (e.g., BPA (GSA FFS) / IDIQ) against which it will issue task orders as needs arise. Representative Capabilities: NIEHS' upcoming Sources Sought will seek to identify potential sources with capabilites such as (but not limited to): Expert knowledge in the generation, collection, management, and reporting of environmental/health data; Deep understanding of study / research project designs and specifications; Strong experience in identifying, acquiring, analyzing, visualizing, interpreting, and reporting diverse types of data for use by multiple stakeholders (e.g., scientists, government agencies, and general public). Representative Activities: Service requirements may include tasks such as (but not limited to): Program / Project Management Scientific Data & Documents Management Support Data Management Regulatory Compliance Support Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Support Chemical Effects in Biological Systems (CEBS) Integration Support Scientific / Technical User Support NOTE: This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 15.201(e) – Exchanges with Industry and is being issued solely for market research information and planning purposes.
