The National Institutes of Health has an requirement to enter into a contract for Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the DaVinci SI Robot.The PMA is a complete care plan, this plan provides a guaranteed response time within 24 hours of notification, live phone support with technical support engineers,and after hours support provided twenty four hours a day/seven days a week. Periodoc software enhancements are provided and required for existing features by updating user functionality. The scheduled maintenance and service calls shall be performed by trained personnel and all parts required for the repair of the system are covered.
